1. Agreement to Terms

Important: These Terms include a binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver. Please read them carefully as they affect your legal rights.

4. Course Enrollment and Certifications

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will be granted access to the purchased course materials for a period specified at the time of purchase (typically 180 days from the date of enrollment, unless otherwise stated).

4.2 Certification Requirements

To receive a certificate of completion, you must:

• Complete 100% of the course modules and lessons
• Pass all required quizzes and assessments with a minimum score of 70% (unless otherwise specified)
• Complete the final examination within the allotted time period
• Comply with all academic integrity policies

4.3 Certificate Issuance

Upon successful completion of all requirements, you will receive a digital certificate. Physical certificates may be available for an additional fee. Certificates are issued in the name provided during registration and cannot be transferred to another individual.

4.4 Certification Verification

Third parties may verify your certification status through our verification portal using your unique certificate ID. You authorize us to disclose your certification status and completion dates for verification purposes.

5. Payments and Fees

5.1 Pricing

All prices for our courses and certifications are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. However, changes will not affect courses already purchased.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our Site. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5.3 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchase. Prices displayed do not include taxes unless explicitly stated.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

8. Academic Integrity Policy

Safety Courses LMS is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity. Violations of our Academic Integrity Policy include:

• Cheating on quizzes or final examinations
• Plagiarism of any kind
• Using unauthorized resources during assessments
• Having another person complete coursework on your behalf
• Providing or receiving unauthorized assistance

Consequences: Violations may result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of course fees, revocation of any certificates issued, and permanent ban from our platform. We may also report certification fraud to relevant authorities and employers.

9. Third-Party Links and Resources

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Safety Courses LMS and its affiliates, officers, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for any workplace accidents, injuries, or compliance issues that may occur despite completing our training

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Safety Courses LMS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Termination

Upon termination:

15.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

15.4 Small Claims Court

Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in New York County, New York, for disputes within that court's jurisdiction.

15. Modifications to Terms

16. Severability
